I wanted my Sunlit Tides game to have all the EP lots in it, as I did the work I figured I would share with all of you!
You extract the Sunlit Tides-All EPs.sims3 folder to your documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves folder, then when you load the game you will have another savegame called Sunlit Tides-All EPs.
