64-bit Windows: Program Files (x86)\The Sims Medieval\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Ini\
Mac: Click ctrl on The Sims Medieval folder in Applications and select ‘show package contents’ then c_drive\The Sims Medieval\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Ini\

2. Right click on Commands.ini and remove the read-only tick.

3. Then open the file in notepad and turn TestingCheatsEnabled=0 to TestingCheatsEnabled=1
