Normal Cheats

Testing Cheats
Different than other The Sims games, with The Sims Medieval you have to enable this cheat (once) outside the game.
1. Go to:
32-bit Windows: Program Files\The Sims Medieval\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Ini\
64-bit Windows: Program Files (x86)\The Sims Medieval\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Ini\
Mac: Click ctrl on The Sims Medieval folder in Applications and select ‘show package contents’ then c_drive\The Sims Medieval\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Ini\
2. Right click on Commands.ini and remove the read-only tick.
3. Then open the file in notepad and turn TestingCheatsEnabled=0 to TestingCheatsEnabled=1
4. Save the file and close it.
This allows the following cheats:

| setQP <amount> | Sets the amount of quest points, allows you to do more quests before ambition is finished |
| setmood min/max/supermax | Increases/decreases Sims’ focus meter. Setmood 0 sets value back to default |
| showallquests | All quests will appear in the quest list |
| showallvalidquests | Shows only quests you are eligible for |
| disableclothingfilter on/off | allows you to pick any clothing for any Sim (blacksmith in a royal dress!) |
Other
Shift click on a Sim allows: Set relationship status, change traits and profession level.
Shift click on ground allows: Teleport and buy/build on any lot.
Ctrl&Click on an objective completes it.
Click&drag increases relationship status with another Sim and increases/decreases needs bars.
