After you "accidently" turned a Sim into an ice statue using the Ice Blast spell you can "help" them with the fire blast.
Magically upgrading a sink! You get all upgrades immediately at this witches level, no need for handiness skill, however there is no magical repair.
If you can break sinks (and other plumbing) with the ice blast spell, however if something is unbreakable you cannot iceblast it.

Playing fetch with the wand has to be my favourite animation in the entire game, it is just so funny!
The Haunting curse can be done on everybody, including on ghosts. So curse the first sim, then curse their newly created ghost and then curse the 2nd ghost and you get a room full of ghosts!
