Submit your Sims to appear in SimCity! The SimCity facebook page is having a contest where anyone can submit their Sim to. All you have to submit is a picture of your Sim.And the best bit is, you do not need facebook for this. Just your name/email address. You have till September 26, 2012 at 11:59pm GMT

All you have to do is take a screenshot in game of your Sim, for example in Create-A-Sim and then submit that screenshot, no need to even upload a sims3pack!
There is however one catch, the countries that can submit is restricted, it is only open to legal residents of Australia, Canada (excluding Quebec), New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom and the United States, including District of Columbia (excluding Arizona, Colorado, Maryland, North Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont) who are at least as old as the minimum age of majority in the jurisdiction from which they enter the Contest.
Avoiding this rule will not get you anywhere as you are required to sign legal documents, waiving your right to the Sim's image in case you win. Most likely if you are found to come from another country, your prize will go to the next person.
