Win The Sims 4 games – Celebrating 20 years of The Sims

This year we’re celebrating 20 years of The Sims. Our favourite game series first appeared on our computer screens on February 4th, 2000.

So to celebrate, and in large part thanks to EA Game Changers who have provided us with some goodies, we’re giving away free games! If you don’t have The Sims 4 yet, you can still enter this competition, because we have 6 copies of The Sims 4 base game to give away! We’re also giving away these games:

• 6 copies of Discover University
• 1 copy of Get Famous
• 2 copy of Island Living

(Maximum of 1 base game and 1 expansion pack per winner)

To win, all you need to do is let us know your favourite memory from The Sims series, and which games you want to win. It can be from any The Sims game, and it can be in the form of a screenshot, or a few sentences, or even a short (under 30 seconds) video. You can enter by sending us your favourite memory by:

My favourite memory from The Sims is the first time Mrs Crumplebottom came and ruined my Sim’s date. I couldn’t stop laughing as she berated my Sims for cuddling in a restaurant booth! I’m entering for the Sims 4 base game and Discover University packs.

• Entries must be received via the entry routes described at https://www.platinumsimmers.com/articles/win-the-sims-4-games-celebrating-20-years-of-the-sims
• The closing time for all entries is Saturday 15th February at 23:00 GMT – that’s 6pm EST, 3pm PST.
• Entrants must have an active Origin account in order to claim a prize.
• Entries via Facebook and Twitter are only valid if the entrant likes or follows the relevant Platinum Simmers profile page. We will be unable to send a message to entrants who do not follow our social media channels, so they are not eligible to win.
• Prizes will be delivered digitally, in the form of codes which will unlock the game on your Origin account.
• Platinum Simmers will select winning entries at its sole discretion from eligible entries received.
• Winners will be contacted before Saturday 22nd February at 23:00 GMT, via the same method used for the entry.
• If Platinum Simmers are unable to notify any winner, or if any winner fails to respond within 7 days of receiving notification, that may result in forfeiture of the prize, at the discretion of Platinum Simmers.
• Each winning person is eligible to win one code for The Sims 4, and one code for an expansion pack.
• In the unlikely event that a code we send does not work as expected, we attempt to try to resolve the situation with EA Game Changers to provide a working code. However, should we be unable to resolve the problem, Platinum Simmers does not accept any further liability towards the entrant.
